Fantasy Futbol Support

If you need help, email us and we will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

You can delete your Fantasy Futbol account at any time from inside the app:

1. Open Fantasy Futbol and sign in.
2. Tap the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen to open the menu.
3. Tap My Profile.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page and tap Delete My Account.
5. Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.

Once confirmed:

• Immediately, your account is deactivated. You are signed out and can no longer log in.
• Within 14 days, your personal information (username, phone number, email address, and Google or Apple account identifier) is permanently removed from our systems. If you signed in with Apple, your Apple ID is also disconnected from Fantasy Futbol.

League standings and contest results in which you participated are retained in anonymized form so other users' historical records stay intact. After the 14-day purge runs, your account cannot be restored.

If you cannot access the app to delete your account, email privacy@fantasy.futbol from the address associated with your account and we will process the deletion manually.
